Nearby the town of Elberton, Georgia is a strange granite edifice that has stood bearing a series of mysterious messages since March 22nd, 1980. The “Georgia Guidesones,” as they are known, were unveiled in front of about 300 people, but the exact details of their origin as well as the intention of the monument is an enigma.

I agree that Earth’s population must be reduced and eventually it will happen. After people have realized that unwanted pregnancies and progeny can be avoided altogether; by simply combining the already known methods of contraception.
The end result would be that those who are born, may have better chances to be ‘wanted and loved children’ whose parents would have already prepared for their arrival, just as much as most creatures do under natural circumstances.
