The support for presidential candidates Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders reinforce one perception in particular, which is that many U.S. citizens are tired of business as usual and the same tired rhetoric from politicians who are less and less believable each day.
When Barack Obama ran on “hope and change,” many people thought he meant it, but what they got was dashed hopes and more of the same bureaucracy and Washington control of their lives. The federal governments seems remote but intrusive, not interested in the problems faced by average working families, and anxious to buy votes by spending on programs and people who seem to be interested only in free stuff for themselves. In the meantime, hard-working American citizens see themselves losing ground, and there is a sense that politicians care only about themselves and the next election, but what can a person actually do about it?
It seems that there is an answer, and it’s found in the U.S. Constitution. Is there a chance that citizens can take back some of the power they have seen slip away? That remains to be seen, but there is a movement afoot to do just that.
Plans for taking back the country, page 2:
November. Almost all representatives will be up for reelection. It’s time to clean house. Put civic minded Americans in there. No more business add usual politicians. Won’t need a convention. Just the right bills to be proposed to be amended. And the promise of those reps and senators to pass them with a signed affidavit.
Cool
See honkys have to work for their$#%&!@*
Right here is point black are racist.
This doesn’t make any sense. If the federal government is ignoring and violating the Constitution as it is, why would they follow any new laws? Do you have some secret army to force them to comply with your NEW amendments? The more I think about it, the dumber it sounds. And I don’t like the idea of allowing the corrupt political system to tamper with our Constitution. We don’t get to choose the representatives to this convention, we can’t MAKE them do what’s right for the people. Once the convention starts, nobody has any power over them, they can do whatever they want. A really really BAD idea.

Don’t tread on me
more states need to do this
Besides Alaska those states all have extremely high poverty rates . who the$#%&!@*they think is going to pay for all their fucking welfare? This would be all fine and dandy if the government there was actually able to run its self efficiently. They obviously can’t do that so why the$#%&!@*does anyone think this would actually work? Its just mire b******t they create instead of dealing with the real problems facing their citizens. But I guess guns are more important than food. And I guess if they succeed it will reduce the people on welfare drastically . poor people I guess when they get hungry enough they will have guns to Rob their neighbors .
we need to take are country back now vote donald trump
