This is a great way to re-purpose a few parts that you probably already have laying around. Check out the full video & how-to after the jump:
Amma try to invent this when I got home kool lol .. See how this work out
fan is more than 19 and so is ice chest how do you come to a 19 dollar price tag
Doesn’t work that well. I made one.
This doesn’t work
Does not put humidity into the air. Use frozen jugs….. when they thaw, refrezze them.
I used a styrofoam shipping cooler that cam when ordering Omaha steaks… so no cost there. (2) 90 degree elbows, (0.62) each and a $6 fan from a clearance table….. so the total investment was $7.24
These do not work. Seems like a good idea, sure. So you think, wow, I am gonna save some money! Or maybe this appeals to your tree hugging side… Either way, it is c**p. You will ruin a cooler or bucket or whatever. You will have purchased a fan that is largely useless and will end up at your work and eventually get passed around and gather dust in storage somewhere. You will feel silly and wonder if your boyfriend is really a French model, cause you read that on the Internet and believed it… Maybe it’s just me… Smh
You can get a small A/C for 90 dollars.
the cost to buy or make and store enough ice not to mention your time reloading for “cool” air not cold far worse than an AC Condenser unit.
but its still a COOL idea. lmao
