I built one and it works ok by no means can cool a house or large room down but def worth the small investment
They work as a personal air cooler….not meant to cool your whole house! Not even close to air conditioning but if your desperate for a little temperature change on a hot day, its perfect.

Very ingenious….. about 50 years ago, when I was in high school and we didn’t have a/c, nor did the schools…. to cool, it was easy to put ice in a large container and place a fan behind it blowing toward you….. same principle??? LOL
