Sheriff Defies Cuomo, Refuses To Enforce “Safe Act” Gun Control Legislation

Sheriff Timothy Howard of New York refuses to enforce Gov. Cuomo’s Safe Act gun control legislation, calling it unconstitutional.

If all law enforcement were like this honorable sheriff this entire country would be in much different shape.

Let the Sheriff do the job he was appointed unto him by Law. .When the Law violates the Constitution,its no longer a Law that protects,its a Law that oppresses. Cuomo is just another 2 bit sell out politician, Socialist bent on Government Control
