He is trying to create as much trouble and civil unrest so he has a reason to instill Marshall Law on the whole country. This would allow him to stay in office longer than the 2016 deadline and put his Czars that he placed in position in Homeland Security. Look at all the weaponry, armored vehicles, and bulk loads of Personal Defense Ammo he has grabbed up to disperse to Homeland Security. He is staging something and knowing his muddy past history, it’s not going to be good for America!
