In a news item more fitted for a satirical news site or even Saturday Night Live, a democratic Senator has called for a tax on Americans to pay for the footsie games President Obama has been playing with ISIS.
After a decade of democrats bashing former President Bush for military misadventures and costly combat maneuvers, one has to admire the level of arrogance achieved by the democrat party that they not only want more war but they want their voters and other American’s to foot the bill.
A tax break for the American people would be more appropriate in the face of the embarrassment the Obama administration has brought to American military efforts.
Never has a commander in chief worked so hard to turn Rambo and G.I. Joe into Shaggy and Scooby-Doo.
Despite American forces amazing efforts and sacrifice under the ridiculous rules of engagement foisted upon them, the administration seems to be frustrated into trotting out water carriers in the Senate to float the most atrocious ideas cooked up in today’s White House briefings.
See the next page for the absurdities floated by Democrat Senator Chris Coons
You get enough tax money. Suck it up jerkoff.
You have to declare it a war first
Remember the BOSTON TEA PARTY? That’s the kind of things that happen when the people are straigned to the limit.
Than take the income tax off the books you don’t take- off than no surtax!? You hear.
No trash
His money first. And they wonder why people want to export Islam people.
Let congress contribute 50% of their pay — and they’d still be over paid– give up their pensions, and send one of their grandchildren over to fight their war against ISIS. If they want another war badly enough then they should pay their fair share for it. After all, their children never went to fight in any of the wars they were in favor of, and most, if not all, of Congress members got out of the draft for Vietnam and didn’t serve in other wars. (Bush joined the Air National Guard to avoid it and went AWOl for 1.5 years and Cheney got 3 — yes 3– deferments for school) Billions of our taxes have funded all these senseless wars but the costs in terms of our children’s lives, limbs, and mental damages cannot be calculated. Members of Congress rarely, if ever, have paid the costs that we have paid. In fact, they have never paid at all financially while their children remained safe at home. They have, however, profited by the billions of dollars Congress approved for war that just disappeared that like smoke since Bush’s unprovoked attack against Iraq that have never been accounted for. It would likely follow that enormous amounts of tax dollars have similarly disappeared in prior wars as well. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to connect the dots between Congress, our taxes, and wars. Just follow the money.
Pay for a war, that we provided weapons to, and they won’t even let them really fight them..ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS ???
Bill Obama. It’s on his dime.
cut out barry’s two vacations per year and use the money you give away in foreign aide. that will cover 2 years worth.
