After days of suspicious silence, Senator Harry Reid (D-Nevada) was willing to say a few words about the Bureau of Land Management’s dispute with cattle rancher Cliven Bundy.
“Well, it’s not over. We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it’s not over,” Reid told News 4.
“The door isn’t closed. We’ll figure out how to move forward with this,” BLM spokesman Craig Leffsaid. “The BLM and National Park Service did not cut any deal and negotiate anything, there was no deal we made.” Unsurprisingly, reporters made no attempt to question Reid regarding his involvement after anInfowars report linked Reid to the attempted Bundy land grab. The most read news story in the world Friday, Infowars reporter Kit Daniels revealed documents linking Reid and the BLM’s director, Reid’s former senior adviser, to a Chinese energy firm that has been working to remove Bundy from his home in order to install solar panel power stations. “Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle,” one document states about Bundy’s cattle. Fresh off the historic victory, which saw federal agents back down to Americans and return nearly 100 cattle, Bundy supporters remain on scene, awaiting the federal government’s next move. Source: InfowarsDespite telling the Bundy family that a deal had been reached Saturday after federal agents were forced to retreat, the BLM reversed its promise Monday and told reporters that they planned to go after Bundy “administratively and judicially.”
The law is not on the side of Harry Reid, and his donor Harvey Whittemore, who has plans to commercially develop that land the Bundy ranch is currently on. Nor is the law on the side of Rory Reid, who was hired by Chinese energy firm ENN Energy Group to obtain the land for a solar power plant, purchasing $38 million worth of public lands for just $4.5 million in a sweetheart deal. The Bundy Family purchase all of that land in 1877, only to have it seized by the government in the 1930s. This violated Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution, known as the Enclave Clause, which limits the Federal Government to owning land ONLY for Federal Buildings and military installations, NOT seizing millions of acres of private and public lands to be sold to corporations or pledged as collateral on out-of-control government borrowing. Then there is the Homestead law, which says ownership of the land belongs to those who have lived on the land and developed it, which the Bundys have done in an unbroken chain since 1887. The BLM does not have legal jurisdiction as the land in question is actually under state control. So Mr. Reid does not in fact have the law on his side. He just wants the land for his political cronies and cares not about the rightful owners. The Bundys and the patriots standing with him are defending the Constitutional rights of all Americans against a central tyrannical government which operated outside of the legal authority granted to it by the Constitution for decades. That Constitution IS the original Contract With America, and the Federal Government is lawful and legitimate only when it complies with the rules and restrictions We The People set forth in that document.

“These things I believe: That government should butt out. That freedom is our most precious commodity and if we are not eternally vigilant government will take it all away. That individual freedom demands individual responsibility. That government is not a necessary good but an unavoidable evil. That the executive branch has grown too strong, the judicial branch too arrogant and the legislative branch too stupid. That political parties have become close to meaningless. That government should work to insure the rights of the individual, not plot to take them away. That government should provide for the national defense and work to insure domestic tranquility. That foreign trade should be fair rather than free- That once a year we should hang someone in government as an example to his fellows.”
But illegals can wtf

“These are the men who, without virtue, labour, or hazard, are growing rich, as their country is impoverished; they rejoice, when obstinacy or ambition adds another year to slaughter and devastation; and laugh, from their desks, at bravery and science, while they are adding figure to figure, and cipher to cipher, hoping for a new contract from a new armament, and computing the profits of a siege or tempest.” Samuel Johnson
Now this my friends is the kind of people running the Fed Gov times 100. They are all a bunch crooks on the take to the highest bidder. They could give a damn less about the people who elected them. Term limits are a must. Lobbyists should be outlawed.
Hi stink is all over this mess. He is the personification of the old shipping term, Stow High In Transit.
