Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is now a dissenter of the Supreme Court itself. After the 5-4 ruling on Friday that states same-sex marriage is constitutional in all 50 states, Scalia has called out the SCOTUS as threat to democracy – that the Court has become the ‘rulers’ of all Americans.

Totally agree. The Supreme Court now rewrites bills passed by Congress. Obamacare explicitly stated that those who did not use it would be penalized. To accommodate Obama, Roberts changed the “penalized” to “taxed” so that it would pass the commerce clause of the Constitution. Next the Court redefined marriage, not by any Bill but thru activist cases changing the definition to include gay marriage after 226 yrs under the Constitution. The Court is no longer enforcing the Constitution but is actively trying to rewrite it against the wishes of the majority of Americans. The time is fast approaching that the Founding Fathers warned us about to throw out these corrupt leaders.
The Supreme Court needs to follow the Laws as they are written and not to be Politically Applied!
There should be term limits on Supreme court, just as there should be in the house and senate.
correct sack them all
The old boys on the Suprime court is rewriting the constitution according to Obama. And the should all be thrown out. We need honest Americans on the court that can read the Constitution!!
They can make law…just enforce it….scumbags
we need term limits for them
Supreme Court should rule on the law.they have no business getting involved in politics.
The Supreme Court his in place to up hold the laws of the land not to make laws
If the president threatened the Supreme Court then he no longer is a president. He is a Dictator of a country of laws and if the Supreme Court bends to him they are no longer a Supreme Court, they just became the enemy and destruction of the people of our country. The people are already feeling the backlash of the supreme courts rewriting of the law! There will be consequences to the president and to the Supreme Court because they are now no longer affective in their decisions.
