According to official Russian sources, Russia seeks to build 10 more operational airfields in the Arctic by the end of this year, adding onto the 4 they currently have.
The military build up there is greater than what he’s actually doing in Russia’s war zones and is more serious challenge to global security – the Arctic is bordered by five NATO members.

he is not a problem unless you are an Islamist terrorist trying to destroy countries to please your new world order puppet masters OBAMA
Whatever your opinion this is not more important than climate change. It is the number one issue for the next 50 years at least. My reasons
Here’s a different view. If the Paris accord is maintained then ( happy to source and go into more detail if needed) then it is estimated – neither side of the “debate” challenge this – that around 80% of the current in ground Oil and gas resources have to stay in the ground over the next 35 years. Clearly this would shift the current power and political base of many countries but particularly the Saudi’s and others in that region.
What then? Will the Saudi’s then fall in influence? Will the rest of the world allow this to occur in order to meet the Paris accord? Will this draw the worlds nations into a new war that has less to do with oil and more to do with maintaining our climate?
