“This is just a plain wrong. Our president would like us to bring many more Syrian refugees into our country and I don’t think this is a good idea and I don’t care to be politically correct any longer. This is just a plan for disaster and maybe we can’t change our country, but I think we could change what we do in Redlands. I think we should just say no. And I know that this is difficult to do but for the sake and security of our own residents, I would urge the counsel to take a position that we don’t allow any Syrian refugees to come into our city.”
