The entire paragraph just goes over what everyone knows already. I would just click out right there thinking it is rehashed material.
Got to start off with big hooks that entrawll readers with suspense and mystery so that they go through the entire piece.
As far as all the material you have, it is a ton and it will be a RARE person to go through all of that material and keep it all in their head and connect all thought dots without an easier to follow line.
They need smaller, digestable points. that is why lists do well. There doesn’t have to be a definite list, although one could workm like “the 7 pieces of evidence that show Hillary xxx”.
It could be that each page represents one point, and you maintain the points previously gone over on each page: we have established A, B and C, now here’s D.
People need a constant précis of the material presented to them so they don’t get lost
