In no uncertain terms Putin blames America for destroying the ‘global collective security’ and American imperialism will cause the world to go to war.

The US Constitution has checks and balances for the framework of this Country. Reread it well; there is nothing in there that states an American Citizen should bow to a corrupt leader or foreign government entity.
