In no uncertain terms Putin blames America for destroying the ‘global collective security’ and American imperialism will cause the world to go to war.

bill carr: It’s not so much God’s “plan” as it is His “prediction” or prophecy. I believe we can change it. I know it’s wishful thinking, but I believe we can change it, if we become obedient to His will. Unlikely, I know, but I believe that we hold the key to our future.
