Pope Francis Wants to Change Wording of Lord’s Prayer Because the Original Version Implies ‘God Makes Mistakes’

Jorge Bergoglio, the man over a billion people naively call Pope Francis, doesn’t think the words of the Lord stand the test of time.

He is calling for edits to the Lord’s Prayer to more accurately reflect his version of the scriptures.

Pope Francis has said he wants to change the interpretation of ‘Our Father’, the best known prayer in Christianity.

The Pontiff said the Roman Catholic Church should adopt a better translation of the phrase ‘lead us not into temptation’ in the Italian version of the Lord’s Prayer.

He said the current phrasing, which is the same in English and many other languages, suggests that it is God who has a choice to lead us into temptation or not.

He indicated that it or something similar should be applied worldwide.

Does Jorge Bergoglio not realize that the current version of the Lord’s Prayer is the most reputable translation?

The prayer is part of Christian liturgical culture and memorised from childhood by hundreds of millions of people within all branches of the religion – both Catholic and Protestant.

It is a translation from the Latin vulgate, which was translated from ancient Greek, which was in turn translated from Aramaic, the language spoken by Jesus.

But, Jorge Bergoglio says don’t listen to these facts because he doesn’t like the Lord’s Prayer as written by Jesus.

“That is not a good translation,” the pope said in a television interview on Wednesday night.

And too let’s not forget that what Jorge Bergoglio is claiming is heresy. Has the “Holy Father” ever read the story of Job?

Job 1:12 KJV

And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD.

*this is the verse where the Lord gives Satan the power to test Job’s faith

Jorge Bergoglio is claiming that the current version of the Lord’s Prayer is wrong because it “suggests that it is God who has a choice to lead us into temptation or not.”

1 Corinthians 10:13 KJV

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Does that not imply that God allows us to tempted to strengthen our faith?

But, good luck trying to use the Bible to reason with Jorge Bergoglio…

He is too busy meddling in politics.

You don’t even have to be a Catholic to realize 1+1 is not equaling 2 here, and that is an embarrassment and a shame. Catholics is this your church?

As much as I hate to quote Jorge Bergoglio, I think he has a good point.

To revisit his words,

He said the current phrasing, which is the same in English and many other languages, suggests that it is God who has a choice to lead us into temptation or not.

You are being tested by God right now! The NWO is not the only force that can lead people astray. When will the real Church stand-up against this ‘feel good’ imposter aiming to destroy the Church and any accurate translations of the scriptures?!
