Pope Francis turned his attention toward global warming during the “World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation” of 2016. Somehow, he managed to make it a matter of religion, too.
In his remarks, he called global warming “a sin” and offered Catholics ways in which they could repent for their contributions to greenhouse gas emissions.
That’s where things got really bizarre. Environmentalism is one thing — but to call excessive paper usage a sin for which one must repent?
See the Pope’s list of ways to combat the sins of global warming on the next page:
What a stupid statement. Re read it.
What an asshole
I here he likes little boys too !
This man is not my Pope.
He called climate change a sin. He did not say pollution.
Normally, I would probably be offended by that, but with this “nutcase” as our pope, sadly, I think it is funny
They never say “Global warming”, they say “climate change”, but keep referring to “global warming”. That way, when the earth starts cooling, which is what “cycle” the earth is in now, they can continue to use the Same “climate chage” language. It is all about more money for “The New World Order elitests. My argument is not about wethèr the Earth is warming or cooling. BUT wethèr mankind is responsible for it…..
Hang yourself$#%&!@*F**K the pope
Wendy, to some degree, yes, our big conglomerates, are responsible for our ” pollution”. Fine, go after them individualiy, but this “mass hysteria” about every thing that mankind does is mass pollution insane. Do you really want us to become a third world country, living in “tin can houses, and using open “ditches” for toilets? No matter how “pure” we strive to make our water and air, we will still get pollution air and water pollution from third world countries, because the will not or can not follow the same restrictions as us.
Shut up
