Police have shot Air Force Airman 1st Class, Michael Davidson, during a minor traffic accident for no apparent reason in Opelika, AL.
The Airman had inadvertently clipped the mirror of a semi-truck and was in the process of exchanging insurance information when Opelika police officer Philip Hancock told the Davidson to put his hands in the air.
Davidson turned around holding a wallet raised above his head when the officer shot him in the stomach, causing serious injuries that will likely end the young Airman’s career.
Police waited 16 hours before informing the family.
This is a down right shame, the officer who shot him should have never been a police officer, and should be prosecuted.
Prosecute and Imprison!!!!!!
to many screwed up cops today
What in the world is going on with some police in this country now? I am a retired police officer and these stories make me sick to think that we have people wearing the badge who are so trigger happy.
More trigger happy cops.
This is an outrage! He should be arrested for attempted murder and made pay restitution and the police force sued!!!

Too many irresponsible people becoming police officers, it is showing all over the country.
