Police choked 43-year-old Eric Garner of Staten Island to death after the man broke up a fight. They proceeded to accuse him of selling untaxed cigarrettes and eventually wrestled him to the ground.
Garner could be heard saying “I can’t breathe” several times as officers choked and piled on top of him.
The police will continue to get more brutal as the police state continues to increase.

I realize there are a lot of good dedicated police officers in this country who strap up and put their lives on the line on a daily basis. With that being said we are experiencing an epidemic of police brutality and misconduct which is eroding the publics trust in our nations police officers, the motto protect and serves has been replaced with brutalize and Kill. Fortunately this case was caught on tape but there are thousands of cases like this that are not caught on tape. NYPD has changed its mission as many other police Dept. have in this country from protecting the citizens to victimizing, beating and murdering the citizens they took an oath to protect, we have entered a dark time in our country where wrong is right and right is wrong. Stand up people against this tyranny, recognize these abuses for what they are. We have seen these kinds of abuses through out history i.e. Russia, China, Nazi Germany and North Korea to name a few. This is how the state becomes a Police State by detaining or killing it’s citizens for minor infractions such exercising free speech or public non violent protest.
