Police choked 43-year-old Eric Garner of Staten Island to death after the man broke up a fight. They proceeded to accuse him of selling untaxed cigarrettes and eventually wrestled him to the ground.
Garner could be heard saying “I can’t breathe” several times as officers choked and piled on top of him.
The police will continue to get more brutal as the police state continues to increase.

I am not saying it is right. But I am saying society has developed to a point where the police have seen more bad situations then good. And the old saying goes one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. Too many times have certain profiles determined in a time after time aspect a case scenario action. And the actions of that society are determined by the people who make up that community. It is not the police’s fault nor, and even if it exists, the police state. Police were initially formed to maintain peace and safety from the lawless. But when people in a society do not even govern themselves you can see where their is a social breakdown and more power is taken from the police and governing body who in their eyes, and we elected them to do so, have to make decisions based on the safety of society. Our actions or in this case lack of actions, determined their actions. We did not take part in the running of both state and country, like the founding fathers warned us to. We sat back and let our daily lives run and lived in our box of comfort. In doing so the more tentative problems in the social structure of the nation passed us by. And you reap what you sow, the representatives both federal and state and those who enforce those laws, set by our actions, deemed it necessary to do what they thought, and felt was best for not society because the people of this society sat back and did not oppose their actions nor with silent voices for many generations weighed any concern. And not showing any real feelings either way as long as their box(lives) was relatively unharmed by the society they lived in lead the representatives to ascertain that what they did was of no consequence to those people. So here we sit today in the muck and mire we created so many generations ago. Every time you sit at home watching sitcoms when in your local city hall bills are passed, or every time you pass a sign on the road a bill is being passed and do not participate, or even every time you take no action when events are going on even on your block, gun shots, drugs being dealt, poor people asking for food, or someone new moves in and you do not want to be bothered the domino effect occurs and things and your society become less in your control. The saying use to go it takes a village to raise a child. and this was not because it was hard to raise that child but because to instill the proper tools to work act and live in a society the child must learn to be involved in every aspect of that society from the lowest level to the most cause effecting aspect. In this age of information their is no excuse why every person in society man woman and child should not participate to understand if non the least what is driving and controlling that society from the minute the people get up the the day they awaken again they should be fully aware of the makeup of their environment and if not participate in it at least know about it. So if decisions are made that deter their box(lives) for life liberty and the pursuit of happiness for the majority of their society they can in fact make logical choices to sway the motion of that society. But this can only occur and your voice will only be heard if you do take a willing and noticeable part in your society. if you do not then the true nature of your voice and the needs behind it will never be taken seriously and when called to defend your positions for those in your society the people you elected, though faith they would do as you asked will turn a blind eye on your request because you lack of action and involvement tell them you don’t know enough about how your society works to make the choices you deem necessary. You because you were not involved have no say in what happens and therefore as I said before you doing nothing are as responsible for the downfall of your society as those who are controlling it.
That is still no reason to choke a man, tackle him, and kill him
An encounter with the police is just as dangerous as an encounter with any other criminal gang.
The man was obese and had other medical problems as the liberals seem to forget about.
You don’t fight against the odds, stupid move on his part. He knew better being arrested as much as he was.

“Accuse him of selling untaxed cigarettes” which he was also out on bail for. This would be the third time he got busted for doing the same crime. Maybe, he fought back because of the three strike laws that they follow to the tee in such a city. And, they were choking him? You can scream I can’t breath, if you can breath.
