Police choked 43-year-old Eric Garner of Staten Island to death after the man broke up a fight. They proceeded to accuse him of selling untaxed cigarrettes and eventually wrestled him to the ground.
Garner could be heard saying “I can’t breathe” several times as officers choked and piled on top of him.
The police will continue to get more brutal as the police state continues to increase.

these police officers definitely should be charged with a homicide
I have respect for the job our police do on a daily basis but it looks like they have started overstepping their authority and ability to recognize what the circumstance is and what is required to maintain control of the situation.
They should be tried for murder was all that was

number 99 should be held accountable as he held his head to the pavement when he told them he could not breath. The other cops maybe 4 more what are they doing, he is already down. Cops really are overstepping their authority and the cop watching all this should have stepped in and told the cop to back off
