Police choked 43-year-old Eric Garner of Staten Island to death after the man broke up a fight. They proceeded to accuse him of selling untaxed cigarrettes and eventually wrestled him to the ground.
Garner could be heard saying “I can’t breathe” several times as officers choked and piled on top of him.
The police will continue to get more brutal as the police state continues to increase.

As a former police officer, this is shameful. At least 2-3 officers should be up on manslaughter charges. What a shame.
If you’re afraid because he’s big and intimidating, figure out a better discourse than a deadly force choke hold while piling on top. Shameful. Awful. Horrible.

Not only is this story old, but do you actually research stories in order to get every piece of truth “Truth” so that your followers can make an educated an reasonable decision on what “Action” to take? Or do you make it a habit of taking stories, that are already bad to begin with, and leaving out pertinent information on the subject at hand?
Your story just says police officers choked this man out and could be heard saying “I can’t breath”. Now, I’m not sure if you’ve ever been next to someone being choked in order to subdue, but there isn’t going to be any audible words coming from their mouth. But thats not what I’m calling you out on. Why did you feel it was a good idea to leave out the entire segment of information on Garner Bering asthmatic??? The original story shows the blatant lack of care and disregard of these police officers who, in a surge of adrenaline and unwarranted haste, subdued a harmless and unarmed citizen with excessive force and failed to uphold their responsibility of ensuring the safety of those arrested for proper due process. The officers made no attempt to perform life saving procedures on this man and one report even started that one of the officers had the man’s inhaler.
You make this story out to give the cops the appearance of being savages on a killing spree and its causing ignorant hatred and feelings pof vengeance amongst your followers, when in fact the full story should show everyone that the real problem is that cops are being allowed to perform their duties in the mindset of a mindless soldier at war when police should be held to a higher standard as examples and protectors of the laws and the people they defend.
You dont get to pick and choose what information you want to display because it doesn’t fit your agenda or not. That’s part of the very dilemma our country is facing today.
the guy that did the choking should get the death penalty and the the guys that help should be jailed for helping.assessery to the fact. or even jailed for violating his constitutional rights. you might eveen get violation of 18 usc 241-242 also.
I hope the family sues for so much it bankrupts Staten Island! every one of those police officers should get severe jail sentences for homicide and aiding and abetting a homicide.
When you continue to resist the force necessary equals the force of resistance. While it is a tragedy, had Garner not resisted this would not have happened to begin with.
