Police choked 43-year-old Eric Garner of Staten Island to death after the man broke up a fight. They proceeded to accuse him of selling untaxed cigarrettes and eventually wrestled him to the ground.
Garner could be heard saying “I can’t breathe” several times as officers choked and piled on top of him.
The police will continue to get more brutal as the police state continues to increase.

Ban them for life otherwise they just go to another jurisdiction. Need citizen review boards as cops don’t punish their own.

Throw the police in jail for choking a person to death.
We are a Police state now you are now guilty until proven innocent. But if you die in police custody then the police were right.

Makes me ill. Another victim of police brutality! They will get off too as there is no justice, particularly in a liberal place like New York! Next thing you know we will all be sequestered according to our political inclination- for safety’s sake. We will all be living in Texas!
