14-year-old Jacob Herrera from Amarillo, TX attended a school football game last week and was asked by officer, Corporal Wilson, to remove the rosary he was wearing.
When Herrera refused the officer appeared to use excessive force, according to an eyewitness.
Cops ask people not wear a rosary as it could be gang related.

I agree with Linda, I hope this cop gets fired!
Today’s PIG’S are tomorrow’s BACON …….
what was this man thinking? disgraceful!
He had his rights
I would like to see that jerk do that to me
Where in this world does this policeman think he is. This is AMERICA.
Blame the gang members for making the rosary a symbol of gang affiliation, the boy was told by police to remove it or leave school property, he refused. He was placed under arrest for trespassing and he resisted arrest so he was charged with that too. Don’t fall for the Liberal Agenda of blaming the police for everything.
Why didn’t Jesus protect the boy?
What next!!
Ron, the police are trying to curb gang violence and getting darn little help from the public, so what if a bunch of robbers started wearing nun’s habits, would you let them go just to not offend the church?
