Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte isn’t messing around this week.
Then again, he’s rarely messing around, period. A few days ago, Duterte made headlines for a comment he made to his nation’s police. His nation has a well-known drug trafficking problem that the police have struggled to control. So in a speech to law enforcement, Duterte said to “kill the idiots” who resist arrest.
But drugs aren’t the only problem facing the Filipino people. Though you may not hear about it often, the country also has a serious issue with radical Islamic extremism.
In order to fight the terrorists on the ground, this week, Duterte issued orders that would be widely condemned in the West.
They also make quite a bit of sense.
See what exactly he gave his military the authority to do on the next page:
There’s a big problem in the south he’s trying to fix
I fucking LOVE, Love this Guy…$#%&!@*them goat fuckers… every last one of them…
He has problems with his police being killed by groups.
Got to love it!!!
Joe, by doing this he is saying it is open season on religious institutions. Mayhem can follow. He has no strategy – and poor tactics
His country in not under threat. The Islamic south is rebelling against repression. What will this move do – encourage peace or guarantee war?
GOOD!!!!
IN EVERY WAR AGAINST COCKROACH JIHADDISTS, IT IS MUST TO PULVERIZE ALL THEIR B******T MOSQUES!!!!!!
He is sworn to protect his people. You have to do whats needed.
Yeah bomb them.
