In his frustration with the apparent indifference of local politicians in dealing with this lawless behavior and a notable absence of police officers in the vicinities of these clashes, Kohfield wrote to former Navy Seal, US Representative Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) to express his support for the proposal in Congress and by President Trump to designate Antifa as a “Domestic Terror” group.
Recently, in an attempt to explain that he was not about to allow Antifa the ability to begin murdering opposition protesters, Kohfield donned weapons and through a bullhorn outside of Portland mayor Ted Wheeler’s home, began broadcasting his own message: that Right-leaning activists should protect themselves!
Fox News Channel:
Portland has been the site of frequent violent clashes between members of far-left Antifa and supporters of conservative groups such as Proud Boys. The mayor and other city officials have faced criticism for their handling of such events.
“If Antifa gets to the point where they start killing us, I’m going to kill them next,” Kohfield told a crowd, according to the Oregonian. “I’d slaughter them, and I have a detailed plan on how I would wipe out Antifa.”
The action [gun confiscation] was reportedly prompted by remarks Kohfield made in public during a demonstration outside the home of Portland, Ore., Mayor Ted Wheeler in August, the Oregonian/OregonLive reported.
The former Marine, Shane Kohfield, 32, was not charged with any crime, but surrendered five guns, including an AR-15 rifle, according to Phil Lemman, Oregon’s acting deputy state court administrator, the Washington Examiner reported.
The temporary seizure came through the use of Oregon’s “red flag” law, which allows law enforcement agencies and family members to seek a court order to have weapons taken away from an individual viewed as potentially violent. Such laws are often opposed by supporters of Second Amendment gun rights.
Kohfield completed two tours of duty in Iraq and now has been forcibly placed into a mental health facility where he must remain for at least 20 days for observation.
Truth and Action warned about this proposed legislation, which is now current law. For more information about the law, read: Approved Oregon Bill Allows Gun Confiscation Without Due Process. This offensive law was opposed by every Republican member of the state’s legislature, except one: Senator Brian Boquist of Dallas, Oregon.
The percentage of gun owners has risen for the past 10 years, with particular spikes in gun sales whenever these types of gun confiscation laws are proposed by Democrats. As of 2015, gun ownership in only seven states (Nebraska, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Hampshire) registered below 20%.
These pushes by the Left for gun confiscation, however, seem to have the exact opposite effect for what they are intended. As is apparent in this visual below, presently there are no states which uphold a total gun ban.
Many of these states that do allow constitutional carry and concealed carry, however, do not support those same rights across state lines. In an article regarding Trump-hating Leftist Stephen Paddock, who injured and killed nearly 500 people at a Las Vegas concert, Truth and Action reported on the bump stock controversy and a call by the National Rifle Association (NRA) on Congress to enact Reciprocity laws in order to preclude these sorts of soft bans. Read more: NRA to Congress: Pass National Reciprocity, Revaluate Bump Stocks.
As the 2020 candidates use tragedy to ramp up their calls for more gun control and confiscatory demands (as they did yesterday with the Texas shootings) keep in mind that each and every week, there are mass killings of people in three locations in the country that are NEVER spoken about by the candidates, nor are they even whispered about by the Fake News media.
Chicago, Los Angeles, and Detroit.
I wonder why…
“I’m known to do this shit for real,” an antifa protester said to me. “Are you willing to die for Youtube shit?…Death is coming to you.” pic.twitter.com/bhK2wWkMBD

Dang!! MONTANA is completely cut off, as are Connecticut and Maine (except for THEIR access to the Atlantic Ocean), and Vermont and New Hampshire and Maine are also cut off except through their respective waterways.
Therefore, EVERY US Interstate (being that it is federal property) should be a carry zone.
