Obama, with his pen and phone, could order all military working within recruitment centers to arm themselves and order the installment of bullet proof glass on the front of the centers.

These are servicemen/women who have served our Country and should be able to carry weapons even if it is a recruitment center,they have been in the war zones so we know they know how how to use guns for protection.
