According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Ugh, we can’t just throw it out! We (individuals and businesses) have to back out of it! Let’s just stop throwing laws around! Make a plan that everyone can agree on, then implement the new plan!!! But Obama should be the baby we throw out with the bathwater!! lol
