According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Isn’t it funny, we flipped out about obamacare, and now we are getting nailed with a healthcare-related epidemic. It’s kinda like a mass shooting right before some serious gun-control pushes. This OBVIOUSLY has NOTHING to do with trying to get people to willingly hand over their authority to the government for a promise of protection and benevolent subjugation. That would be crazy.
