According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Have you noticed when the Courts side with them they are “jumping” for joy, but when the Courts don’t side with them they are ready to circumvene around the courts. They don’t play fair and as more Americans wake up to the fact, maybe (hopefully) the damage is not irreversible. But I am sure is all they have to do for many is woo them over with a happy pill.
