According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Enough already with the f**e promises that obamacare should be thrown our. It should have been years ago. All it’s done is build the people up into an rage, anyone who says that it’s lowered the cost of so much as one thing is lying. Our deductibles alone doubled on both myself and my wife. Our cost to keep our beloved BCBS has gone up as well. The prices of things have skyrocketted. Let’s face it as well, obamacare has to be the one and only biggest ponzi scheme that was every played on the people of one country in history. obamacare is a good name for it, created for the care and keeping of obama and family. Who pays for all of the vacations, extras and perks, who paid 8 billion to the Muslim Brotherhood and where did that money come from.
