According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

We’re going to be gifted with a healthcare plan we are forced to purchase, and fined if we don’t, which purportedly covers at least 10 million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn’t understand it, passed by a congress that didn’t read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a president who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn’t pay his taxes, for which we will be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted social security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese and by a country that’s broke.

The unseen powers that operate the strings will not let it happen.Where are the representatives in congress that are supposed to uphold the constitution. MOST have not read it for if they did they would have lined up to sign the impeachment papers. EACH representative is bought and paid for by big corporations and these invisible money men. The only way to maintain a thimble of control is to vote out those bought and paid for.LOOK at them entering the congress each with small bank balances (HARRY REID) and becoming millionaires while suckling off the public teat. Term limits are an answer and new flat tax laws are part of the answer.
It should be and everyone who voted for this should be impeached and all benefits taken away. It violate every American citizens constitutional rights! Perhaps the a holes in Washington should read it. Guess they are too busy fund raising and playing golf!
