According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

It needs to be thrwon out completly, But the fact is we all know it won’t happen . Just like Obama needs to be impeached and him and his entire family need to be shipped back to Kenya, But that is never going to happen either .
