According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

It does not work, so do away with it. We had a good system that has been robbed that was better than this, it use to be called Medi-care. No system any where in the world works at a percent better that 65%. First thing is to fix the VA and then replace the money from stolen from Social Security and Medicare.
What I don’t understand is how the state of California enrolled me and my two boys into the California version of Obama Care without any input from us. We have medical insurance through my husband who is a retired Army Officer and is covered by tri-care prime and so are we since we were married in early 2011. All of s sudden this year we start to get cards and books telling us we are covered by Obama care. When I call they tell us it will clear itself up I a few weeks. I guess that means after they convince the public that more people are enrolled in Obama care and the elections it will clear itself up. We pay a premium for tri-care prime and a supplement to cover the co-pays. This false enrolment into Obama care is bound to screw up our real coverage for months. Is there any other reports of all ready insured people in California being automatically enrolled into Obama care with out their knowledge just for the count and the elections?
Pit is an illegal tax because we are subsidizing people’s premiums illegally.
