According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

David, you do understand that costs are actually going up. Those on Medicare have what the government pays to Doctors go down do their supplement plans gave to pay more, hence their premiums go up. Also other individuals see their out of pocket expenses go up as their deductibles rise. These are costs for most that are actually increases, not decreases.
The point is this: This post is irrelevant since it old news and ACA is the law of the land. Plus: it is popular and it is working.
