According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

I sense that they will jump through hoops to find a way to uphold it, just as they did the first go-round by characterizing the penalty as a “tax,” thereby making it lawful. In fact, it was SCOTUS that gave the DOJ an argument for Obamacare that they never even advanced.
Good. I have never had health insurance and I don’t want it. I like to keep my medical rights… not that the doctors are aware I have them. While most of you already signed over some or all of your medical rights to insurance companies I have payed cash thru the nose to keep mine, and this Obamacare garbage literally took my right to my own body away from me.
