Barack Obama will soon sign an executive order designed to help criminals find jobs. The proposal, expected to be signed by the president, will make it so that federal agencies can no longer ask about a person’s criminal history on job applications.
The order is designed in a way that would allow criminals to get farther into the employment process before their previous convictions can be discovered by the employer. Presumably, this would increase their ability to find employment over other, non-convicted applicants.
Obama’s plan also allocates millions of dollars into programs designed specifically for the advancement of convicted criminals.

What do you mean by thugs? Because there’s a ton of people in jail right now and who are non violent drug offenders, are they thugs or people who are victims of a droken system? And @mark atchley here’s one for you, he who cannot edit a screen shot properly is a moron
Here is how that is going t play out! Very simple…no background check, no job! Any business would be insane to hire someone without checking to see who they really are? Pedophiles in schools, theives working in banks, drug dealers working in Pharmacies, Total insanity! His Ex order is as worthless as he is! Can’t be inforced!

If you are a felon you have to earn the public’s trust…you do so by taking what ever job you can find and keeping you nose clean …not by Executive order.
