The only way to change the stigma that all cops a re bad in situations like this are when the good ones turn the bad ones in. I know a cop that admits to coworkers doing criminal activity but they have an unwritten code amongst each other and it takes a person with strong morals to do such, there’s always the fear of repercussions from their department.
