An NYPD officer has been caught on camera stealing $1,300 from a man, Terrel Haskins, before pepper spraying him and another person during a stop-and-frisk procedure.

This short video doesn’t show the whole picture of what happened! But as usual there are people who want to claim that they know exactly what’s happening. The newest way to get away with a crime is by overwhelming the police with c**p like this. This officer may not have had control of the situation and allowed the so called victim to pull away from him before he completed the search. Then the other guys jump in and cause a scene. The officer then gets distracted and is videoed spraying that guy who had been in his face. That’s all I can see. To say that there was theft because someone alleges it, doesn’t mean that’s what happened. But never allow facts to cloud your judgement when you’re on a mission to claim injustice.
