A man was apparently arrested for sleeping on the subway in a rather brutal altercation with the NYPD this month.
Sections 1050.7 (10) and (5) of the Mass Transit Authority’s (MTA) Rules of Conduct state that sleeping on trains is prohibited only “if it is hazardous or interfering with fellow passengers.” One is forbidden to lie down or take up more than one seat, and it is unclear from the video if he was sleeping in an upright position.

NYPD´s Brutal Arrest Of Man Sleeping On The Subway
Still, there is no need to actually arrest someone, taking matters to such extremes, for such a minor offense, even if the man was ‘lying down’.
Our police state is increasing day by day and law enforcement is becoming more brutal, unreasonable and without skill to handle matters through fostering good will. It takes thugs to enforce a police state and continually demand complete submission to authority.
It is always good to know better what actually happen. It could be taken out of context.
I’ve always said its now “hide out and get you”
And that’ll turn into “shoot back and f*** you”, “tyranny”, is exactly what our founding fathers gave us a constitution to avoid ! Not all cops are bad, but theres always those that will abuse their position, sometimes for their own personal gain, its a “human trait”, which will always be present !
If they weren’t all bad the good ones would stop this. Every crime committed by cops proves they are ALL guilty.
wait untill their kid are in that situation and they might wish they didn’t help change the force from good cops to bad
You’re outta yer mind, buddy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ova8GhsBSIg There are good cops, there are bad cops; there are credible sources, and there are biased sources. The man assaulted the cops, refusing to cooperate,, and that led to aggressive action. I’ve seen some real Fascist pigs, but remember to do some investigating before shagging sheep – I mean getting worked up over a news story.
That being said, however, besides many cops being way too panicky and quick to pull the trigger, the ones who really act wantonly, much like scum-of-the-earth teachers in this city, are shielded by their respective unions, and, in the officers’ case, the courts.
If he feels that way about humanity he feels that way about himself.
And so as business and people move out of the late great State of New York. We would like to thank the people who made the depopulation of NY possible. Gov. Cuomo with his Safe Act and High Taxes etc. Mayor Bloomberg and DiBlasio with the continued thuggish behavior, and the high taxes that make living in NY next to impossible. State and city payrolls that are among the highest in the nation. Confiscatory tolls on bridges and highways that add to the cost of all goods and services within the state. Neither video shows the beginning, both stories rely on “hearsay” as to the cops approach and the man’s first response. I believe it could, and should have been handled differently. Both of these clips show the cops complete indifference to the man’s questions, and the cops rapid escalation to physical assault. more evidence of the police state we live in.
