NY Dems Appoint Morbidly Obese Feminist too Sick to Work to 6-figure 10-Year Judaical Gig

Democrats don’t pick candidates based on what the people demand. They just view the world much like Hillary does, through blue-tinted prescription epileptic sunglasses. Right?! Point in case is below.

City Judicial Review Committee member Mark Elliott has publicly accused Mayor Tom Roach of making sure “the fix was in” for the judge, who had been his campaign treasurer.

“She came to the interview with an oxygen tank. She’s very fragile,” Elliott told The Post.

“No reasonable person could have looked at her as I did and thought that she could finish her 10-year term.”

The committee rejected the Yale Law School grad, 61, for appointment to the post.

But she got the job anyway, and promptly went on the first of several medical leaves just a week after being sworn in to her $175,500-a-year job.

If that’s how the Democrats have been running their committees and elections, no wonder Hillary is so upset and shocked she lost the election.

But back to Shollenberger. She may not have earned her job. But that wasn’t about to stop her from serving her country in true liberal fashion by putting those tax dollars funding the protection of U.S. legal freedoms to good work.

You see this Judaical position didn’t just pay $175,500 thousand a year, it also included $65,000 thousand dollars worth of annual health benefits. And although Shollenberger has barely worked. She most certainly has been being a massively good liberal by spending tax dollars while rarely actually working or earning her own way.

Shollenberger has a problem. That isn’t funny. And a serious concern. She only made it to court a few times after demanding the courts make all sorts of special accommodations for her such as new railings in case she lost enough weight to be able to walk. But on the few times, she did everyone honestly couldn’t focus due to the literal shit-storm erupting in the courtroom.

“She would come in and we would see the diarrhea running down her leg and to the floor,” one court worker said. “She would soil the chair and then ask for a new one.”

If Shollenberger had a soul she’d likely have offered to donate her income while not working to the poor workers formally tasked with scouring the courtroom of her explosive diarrhea all day. As yes this amazing liberal judge is now taking a permanent leave of absence from her 10-year judicial appointment. But, no Shollenberger thought she was instead gifting these workers with the chance to literally touch all of the foul-smelling crap pouring out from a liberal ass.

Another court worker said Shollenberger astounded staffers by acting with “complete arrogance” following the awful accidents.

“She would just say, ‘There is a mess over there. I think someone should clean it up,’ ” the source said.

The poor workers. Especially when you think it’s not like they could even go tell her to go clean up her own crap. And the poor American taxpayers as now they’re left paying for Shollenberger’s medical bills and salary all while she isn’t even working and another judge is handling all of her cases.

Following the courthouse staffer complaints about Shollenberger’s incontinence, the state Office of Court Administration determined she was “unable to perform her job,” a high-level court source said.

On May 2, Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence K. Marks signed an order transferring all of her cases to other jurists, and preventing her from being assigned any others without permission.

But, it’s all okay. Shollenberger feels like a judge inside. She wants to work. It’s not her fault that she became morbidly obese and ruined her health. White men made her feel bad about her body. Sexism made her eat. Sexism made her get fat.

Now, Shollenberger is suing for all the terrible ‘discrimination’ she has suffered at the hands of those so lucky to be cleaning up after her.

White Plains City Court Judge Elizabeth Shollenberger — who’s currently suspended from the bench — says her co-workers have engaged in a campaign of harassment based on her myriad medical conditions, and subjected her to “extreme humiliation” that included sending workers in hazmat suits to clean up the mess.

She claims court employees made “a host of wildly inaccurate, crass and hateful allegations” when The Post reported how she’d scored the six-figure judgeship through political connections, even though she was too sickly to work.

On May 1, 2017, she was alone in her courtroom when she “suddenly and urgently needed to use the restroom” but knew she couldn’t make it in time.

“In distress, she defecated in a plastic-lined wastepaper basket,” her court papers say. “She then removed and tied the plastic liner bag and double-bagged it for disposal, but a small stain about the size of a quarter was visible on the carpet.”Shollenberger says the incident caused “a hysterical reaction,” with workers cordoning off the courtroom with yellow police tape through the following day, when three people went in to clean up wearing hazmat suits and breathing masks.

White Plains resident Mark Elliott, who has accused Mayor Tom Roach of appointing Shollenberger to a 10-year judicial term because she was the city’s Democratic Party chairwoman, said, “It is safe to say that no matter what the result is in this case, this was, to put it mildly, a disastrous judicial appointment.

“In addition to paying the judge more than $200,000 a year in salary and benefits, now the taxpayers have to foot the bill for this lawsuit,” he added.
