“I can no longer defend my hospital at all,” stated Brianna Aguirre, a nurse at the Dallas hospital who treated Ebola patient Thomas Duncan.
She came forward to state that their infectious disease unit had no idea of the protocols needed to handle the patient. Not only was Duncan was held in close contact with other patients, but the medical staff working with Duncan had no protective clothing and worked with other patients after leaving Duncan.
When Aguirre worked with a nurse that was infected with Ebola she was dressed in protective clothing, but her neck was completely exposed, threatening her with infection.
Aguirre reveals many more stupid things this hospital did in their treatment of Patient Zero.
If it isn’t in ENGLISH, it doesn’t belong on this site !!!
Anyone watch The Stand by Stephen King?
i agree with what i read earlier, that obama allowed thomas duncan into texas, knowing he had ebola, to get back at perry for closing the border !!
i shared it too, and i hope she dosent loose her position. i dearly wish i could help her a little, considering what she just did for the public, but i am on a fixed income. God bless her. i hope a good doctor sees this and gives her the security of a good job.
The second responsibility because the first one is from the airline owner who did not control the passengers from Africa. Colombia does not allow to land airplanes from Africa, They are spreading the disease around the planet.
Not the hospitals fault, all obamas faault
The hospitals just aren’t ready for it. Obama sprung it on the hospitals, but I guess this is how real scenarios go in the real world when real diseases arise all at once from “nowhere”. This was just brought here and could have all been avoided by allowing the disease to be treated in Africa –but it isn’t to be because Obama isn’t to act wisely
Is that the very intelligent nurse who then got on a commercial plane flight out of state?
And Liberia is still issuing passports out of Liberia to the US. Sheesh.
Sharon Middleton, NO, this is NOT the nurse who flew out of state and flew back when she had a fever!
