The issue of spying on American Citizens by the Government is a hot topic. Some feel it’s needed post 9/11, and have no problem with it—they are trusting and can never imagine the US Government invading their privacy to such an extent that their life is altered and they end up on some list. Others are outraged, and believe the Constitution is being trampled.
To accomplish its goals, the Government has partnered for years with AT&T. AT&T has been so obliging, ( “One document described it as “highly collaborative,” while another lauded the company’s “extreme willingness to help”) with the Government. One has to wonder just how far and to what extent our privacy has been invaded, with the pro-offered help of AT&T?
Many treason trials ahead.
Crooks from any angle. The liars made up four accounts without being a customer to insure they had a paper trail to give to collectors when I left them. That was on a land line. Even more criminal on the cell phone accounts with me. . All made up without authorization from me. Now this info is out it makes sense. They will get so much giving our data away that who carers about tarrifs, laws or being the least amount correct. Sick crooked system that just took over another data collection deal in the direct c**p. They are the same type companies so it makes sense. Straight Talk doesn’t charge but pennies and service is great. Switch for your own savings and take a little away from $#%&!@*wipes like this.
Knew this and dumped them before room 631 came to light in SF.
AT&T surported $#%&!@* Germany btw
This is why I stick to Verizon
If you really think this is something new you are on a whole new level of naive, the NSA has been doing stuff like this since the turn of the twentieth century. Who do you think developed the first cray super computer so they could sort all the info. Read a book called The Puzzle Palace.
Amazing this is illegal!
How can we find out if at&t gav my personal information without my sunset to nsa? If they shared it can i sue at&t hua!
Is it legal to sign a contract with AT&T and they don’t tell customer they are spying on them???
What law is that, the UNPATRIOTIC Obama Act.?????
True or not…, I heard they are now in cohorts with direct tv… I would rather watch gr$#%&!@* grow and water evaporate than pay direct tv two pennies for their ridiculously rotten customer service. At least cable employs polite idiots that can PRETEND that they have been on the job for more that 90
