The issue of spying on American Citizens by the Government is a hot topic. Some feel it’s needed post 9/11, and have no problem with it—they are trusting and can never imagine the US Government invading their privacy to such an extent that their life is altered and they end up on some list. Others are outraged, and believe the Constitution is being trampled.
To accomplish its goals, the Government has partnered for years with AT&T. AT&T has been so obliging, ( “One document described it as “highly collaborative,” while another lauded the company’s “extreme willingness to help”) with the Government. One has to wonder just how far and to what extent our privacy has been invaded, with the pro-offered help of AT&T?
Hey! It’s right here on facebook! It must be all true 😉
Dropping them only stops your info flow if the carrier you have now is not buying the service they sell you from AT & T. Even Verizon and others buy service from AT & T in some locales which is why it is difficult to get good support help since they have to route through AT & T for anything more of a problem than a hangnail. Small local carriers are buying almost all their services through AT & T and most others are buying routing of calls and coverage areas from the giant conglomerate. Beware you are probably still being tracked and spied on since anyone who buys services for resell from AT & T will also have to carry all of AT & T’s connections which includes the NSA and TSA.
Dumped
anyone remember the days when our government had anti trust laws to protect us from corporate abuse?
One of the worst companies ever for your survival
The 4th Amendment also applies to private companies.
With out principles we can’t retain our freedom we lose our country after giving up our culture
Has anyone here ever heard of Dr. Steven Greer? He mentions AT&T in his book Hidden secrets Forbidden knowledge.
Long gone are those days. If there wasn’t yet again/still, the handful that want to RULE the world, maybe we’d have a chance to live life as God intended.
Big Brother yes but what is odd is how they charge us to spy on us! They add insult to injury, spy on you and then send you a bill for it… lol
