New Manafort Indictments Implicate Podesta and Hillary as Well

Heads will roll and the charges are going to be insane.  But this was a long time coming.  And it was all predicated on getting Trump when absolutely no collusion existed.  Both the Democrats and the Republicans knew that Trump won based on a “whitelash” against the Establishmentariat and that middle-class America finally was fed up enough to do something about it.  It’s not only that Hillary Clinton was a GIGANTIC burden to their cause.  Between all her many scandals and illegal activities, it’s no wonder she sucked as a presidential candidate, maybe even more so than Michael Dukakis (and that’s saying something).

It’s also about Americans just tired of the lying, the backroom deals, the horrible way they were being ignored (or targeted while Obama was in office for nearly a decade) and fired back with both barrels.  Americans didn’t want to be blamed anymore for the failings of their elected officials who only stood to become millionaires after they retired.  No one is supposed to be getting into politics to get rich, yet that is the reality.  They all do it and they are all guilty of it.  Our politicians may be complaining about all of the drudgery of being an elected official and how terribly difficult it is to have to write law and bicker with their opponents, but the reality is that these people do precious little for the amount of money they are paid.

On top of all that, they are making money hand over fist from stocks on Wall Street, think tanks, special interest groups, lobbyists and from out-of-control attitude of entitlement and elitism, which none of them have earned.  When John McCain, George W. Bush, or Maxine Waters can call Americans unpatriotic for having voted for Donald Trump, there is a much bigger problem in the Swamp than just oily, dirty money.

With all the furor over these realities, Tony Podesta, who heads the Podesta Group, has stepped down from the company.  The rats are beginning to abandon the ship, as it were.  Tony, brother to John, who was the campaign manager for Hillary, is deeply involved in this scandal because the indictments handed down by Mueller for both Manafort and Gates implicate the Podesta Group as one of two companies that were lobbying the Swamp on behalf of the Ukranian president.

Neither of the companies had been registered as foreign agents or representatives, which is a federal requirement, under the current laws.  While neither of these companies did so, only after the Manafort home was stormed by agents in a pre-dawn raid did the Podesta Group officials finally register as foreign agents and this was applied retroactively backward to the time that they were working on behalf of the Ukranian leader.
