The Forensicator published a detailed report that summarizes his finding in 10 bullet points. He focused his attention on the “NGP VAN” 7zip file published by Guccifer 2.0 on September 13, 2016. The data shows the file was copied on July 5, 2016.
His highly technical report can be summarized as simply this: the estimated transfer speed of the file (23 MB/s) makes it very unlikely it could have been done remotely over the Internet.
The analysis suggests that the initial copying had to be done by a computer that had direct access to the data.
By “direct access” we mean that the individual who was collecting the data either had physical access to the computer where the data was stored, or the data was copied over a local high speed network (LAN).”
The Forensicator believes that whoever did the copying may have captured a much larger collection of data than what was is in the NGP VAN 7zip file. He also notes that the copying was done on a system that had Eastern Daylight Time settings in force, which indicates the copying occurred somewhere on the East Coast.
The report also suggests that the file was likely first copied on a USB flash drive, which served as the source data for the final 7zip file.
The use of a USB drive would also strongly suggest that the person copying the files had physical access to a computer most likely connected to the local DNC network.”
Given the highly technical nature of the report, it appears that whoever copied the data at the DNC would have had to been someone with a background very similar to Seth Rich, if not Rich himself.
The most important aspect about the report is the “estimated speed of transfer (23 MB/s)” at which the documents were copied. It’s inconceivable DNC documents could have been copied at such speed from a remote location.”
The Guccifer 2.0 and Crowdstrike allegations of Russian hacking simply do not stand up in the face of what The Forensicator has discovered. If the data is correct, the files could not have been hacked by Russia.
Importantly, The Forensicator concluded that the chance that the files had been accessed and downloaded remotely over the internet were too small to give this idea any serious consideration. He explained that the calculated transfer speeds for the initial copy were much faster than can be supported by an internet connection.”

Former D.C. detective Rod Wheeler, hired by Rich’s parents to look into their son’s murder, claims law enforcement authorities refuse to provide him with details about the case and how it’s progressing.
Donna Brazile former DNC chairwoman, purportedly contacted the Metropolitan Police Department to ask why Wheeler was “snooping” into the Rich case.
As the Russian hacking story disintegrates, it’s becoming more likely Seth Rich was assassinated because he was the source of the DNC leaks to Wikileaks. Julian Assange, the Wikileaks leader, has all but confirmed that.
