Trump will ruin the work of the conservative movement, so says the writers of the National Review. Fifty years of conservative journalism, staunchly defended in the The National Review, have vehemently spoken out against the GOP front runner, Donald Trump, as being a populist.
The cover reads, “Against Trump” and lays out the opinions of 22 prominent conservative contributors who believe Trump is a “a menace to American conservatism who would take the work of generations and trample it underfoot in behalf of a populism as heedless and crude as the Donald himself.”
In a lead in editorial, the publications warns that, “Trump is a philosophically unmoored political opportunist who would trash the broad conservative ideological consensus within the GOP in favor of a free-floating populism with strong-man overtones.”
Due to the strong elements in this publication, publisher Jack Fowler reports that they have been “disinvited” from co-hosting the GOP debate on February 25th. This was expected, according to Fowler, saying it was a, “Small price to pay for speaking the truth about The Donald.”
But, then Fowler gets wind of the cancellations coming down the pike and his tune sharply changes…check it out on the next page:
Or are a bigger bull
No you the rag mag with theirs cronies should stand in front of the Trump Train
Trump all the way for the USA!
Words from a fellow Trumpster!First we watched the rebuttal of the SOTU and I was shocked that Nikki Haley spit in the faces of millions of Trump supporters. This is where we saw the beginnings of a systematic coordinated attack about conservative values. Now it’s National Review, Fox, Megan Kelly, conservative radio, Beck, Levin, Rush and others. I think the National Review is going to regret this. Telling millions of Trump supporters how and who to vote for doesn’t come without some retribution. Who made them the judge of us and the definition conservatism? No wonder the Republican Party is a mess and don’t think our legislators want control and will pass laws to control us. The leader of the house has made it clear he doesn’t support Trump by the message Haley sent.
It’s hard to understand and believe that we are now at war with the Republican Party establishment conservatives and liberal Washington owned and controlled by a select few who want to dictate what is best for them not us. This is what is really going on and this is just underhanded. Now we know how important it is that they are stopped and a vote for Trump is how were going to stop them. We must united and support our movement to take back our country. Trump has flushed out the problems and now with our support he will take care of the problem. We must support the people that now join our fight to make America Great Again!
Haha
