Should Sharia law supersede the Constitution? This question was asked by Fox News contributor David Webb in a Islamic cultural center in New York and many responded yes, Sharia should supersede the Constitution.
The reason given is that the Constitution is man made and Sharia is from Allah.
Video on page two is troubling, but it is important to understand the significance of this view point.
If you were to ask me if the Bible superceds the Constitution, I would tel you YES. There’s just one difference. The Constitution was written by men who believed in Biblical values. They were not perfect men but they were mostly men of faith in God. Scripture tells us we are to give to the government what belongs to the government and give to God what belongs to God. But it also tells us that God’s law is above man’s law. I fear that we are moving into a time when peopke having to make a choice.
