The establishment wing of the Republican party can’t stop fantasizing about sabotaging Donald Trump — and neither can Mitt Romney.
Despite that he cannot win — a fact that he readily admits — Mitt Romney is still talking about entering the 2016 presidential race as an independent candidate.
The former GOP nominee continued his flirtation with the presidency this past Wednesday when he said that people are still encouraging him to jump into the Clinton/Trump race.
Romney is right about one thing. He wouldn’t win… but not because he would be running as an independent candidate. It is because he has already proven that he cannot win — even with a major party behind him. He’s lost twice before, and his third run at the Oval Office would likely be no different.

After your tirades against Trump who do you expect will vote for you? You acted in a very mentally unbalanced manner. But so did Glenn Beck. I voted for you in the past but I will not vote for you now or in the future. I used to have a lot of respect for you. Now I just feel sorry for how you’ve made a mess of your political life and how you’ve embarrassed yourself and family.
You had your chance buddy ! You too much o f a pansy !!!!! WE ARE VOTING FOR TRUMP ; HE HAS BALLS !
you couldnt win when you ran what makes you think you can win now, you will never get my vote again.
You and your family need to stay out of this one !
