The Middle-Eastern takeover of American assets has long had many worried that the corrupt region will soon yield far too much power over the American economy, and this week Saudi Arabia secured another major coup.
Energy independence has long been a major national security point for many across ideologies in Washington, but this week we’ve taken a step back — not forward — toward that goal.
Not content with owning just foreign energy, Saudi Arabia is now taking over energy development here in the United States. With the news that Royal Dutch Shell and Saudi Aramco are splitting up, the country’s largest refinery, the Port Arthur refinery, will now be owned by the Saudis.
Unfortunately, the acquisition goes far beyond Port Arthur, as many refineries across the country are also being snatched up as well. See more info on the next page:
Surprise, surprise! This creeping takeover has been obvious for years!
Our government getting paid by Soros and more. You know how money talks… Everyone traitor s
Jeff Beaver what the hell man ???
Might be a blessing in disguise they are in charge of a product that comes out of their ground so then you America stop interfering with the middle east and creating problems that now every other countries is under attack from. Go home let the middle east run the middle east and you start looking after your own because on the home front your looking real shifty.
It’s been coming for years. Motiva was formed in 1998. Norco, Convent and PORT Arthur became Motiva. Motiva did that huge expansion years ago that I did. Was supposed to be 7 billion. Ended up nearly 14 billion. Then 6 months later they torched the crude unit due to a caustic leak. That cost 1 billion and six months to fix. Makes sense for Shell. They get rid of the biggest refinery in the US… but they get back Norco and Convent. Then they will divest 30 billion in assets.
This is b******t don’t believe it
That’s crazy
I have alot of real good buddies at Port Arthur. I sure hope this works out good for them. They are damn good people.
Never did go there much….now never will!
So where are you from?
