The Michigan Dept. of Agriculture last year forced Joe and Brenda Golimbieski, the owners of Hill High Dairy and Jenny Samuelson, the owner of My Family Co-op, to dump 248 gallons of organic milk and destroy 100 dozen eggs along with fresh cream, butter and cheese after accusing them of “selling food without a license.”
Their farm is a co-op, however, where people must buy shares to obtain food. The MDA stated that their contracts were invalid so the food wasn’t ‘shared’, but ‘sold’.

OVOMIT AT IT AGAIN, DESTROYING THE HEART OF AMERICA
Disgraceful , ridiculous & evil! );
Wait a second. The Michigan Dept. of what? Who the $#%&!@* are they? They’re not a federal agency, they’re a state agency right? How did they enforce this? How did they make them destroy this stuff? At gunpoint? I’m sorry, I’m afraid as an American citizen, I would have had to tell them to go $#%&!@* themselves. We are going to have to start taking a stand against this stuff if we are going to make changes. If the politicians aren’t responding to our demands for change then we are going to have to get they’re attention. A little public disobedience can go a long way. It’s time to start fighting back people.
